How does the booking process work for the wedding?
Booking with me is simple and stress-free! To secure your date, all I need is a signed contract and a 20% non-refundable retainer—this reserves your spot on my calendar and goes toward your total balance.
Once that’s done, you’re officially on my books! As your wedding day gets closer and your plans start to take shape, I’ll send you a personalized questionnaire to get a feel for your vision, your must-haves, and your timeline. I also include a mandatory 30-day check-in, either via Zoom or in person, to make sure everything is on track and you feel confident in your plans. I’m here for you every step of the way with unlimited planning calls—whether you have questions, ideas, or just need a little encouragement, I’ll be by your side, making sure every detail of your story is beautifully captured!
Can we meet before booking you for our wedding?
Of course! I know how sentimental your wedding day is, and I want to make sure I’m the perfect fit for you. I recommend meeting over Zoom, or we can even grab a cup of coffee and chat in person! I also include—and highly recommend—an engagement session add-on, so we can really get to know each other and see how we work together. It’s the perfect way to make sure you feel comfortable and confident with me capturing your story.
Do you travel for photoshoots?
YES! I love adventure and am always open to exploring new areas. For locations more than 30 miles from my home, travel fees apply. These are calculated as the total distance minus 40 miles, multiplied by $0.50—making sure you only pay what’s necessary for the journey.
How long does it take to get our photos?
All sessions typically take 3–4 weeks for editing, unless you’ve chosen a priority editing package. Once your gallery is ready, you’ll receive it via email, and I’ll also send a friendly reminder text so you don’t miss it!
